Today was a great day!! We had a friend we haven't seen in a long time come over yesterday and him and my husband went fishing. I of course stayed home and worked on my next crochet pattern idea.....Then this morning we all went to breakfast and we said goodbye to him. Hopefully next time it won't be so long in between visits.....

This afternoon my hubby and I took a long drive out in the country. I tried to get some really good pictures of the horses. I think that they were all camera shy. Each time I got the camera out and tried to set it up they ran off and hid......

I have gotten the results back from one person so far on the Cat with the Hat pattern....and looks like it is all good.......I can't wait to get this one published!! 

Now I need to get a couple of orders done!! Have a good evening everyone and leave me a note......it is lonely here in blogland.....

Well the newest pattern I designed is with the testers and should be out for sale in a couple of weeks!! I am really excited about this one....

I am already working on the next pattern and it will be going to the testers in next week or two!!

Today my husband and I were going to tackle going through our bedroom and sorting through all the junk.....that has landed there and in the closet.....Unfortunately(?????) he has a migraine headache so that won't be happening....so instead I think I will finish up a pattern I have been working on and get it to my testers! Well time to catch up a little......

Sorry for neglecting this blog but I have been really crazy busy lately. I have had many orders, been designing some new items to make patterns for and most importantly........I have been trying to do lots of stuff with the Grandkids this summer. I am going to post a few pictures here of the patterns I have for sale, as well as the patterns I am working on......For those of you who have not been following me, I will explain my ventures in brief......
I have been crocheting since I was like 7 or 8. I also knit, but prefer crochet. I have always made items for family and friends but just recently started selling them, as a way to make my crafts pay for themselves. It started the end of October last year. I decided to make me a facebook page and add some things to Etsy. Well I had no idea it would take off like it did......I made over 200 custom orders before Christmas of last year. This year I started putting some of my ideas down on paper and making up my own patterns. I have about 12 patterns published now. I made me a list of all kinds of ideas and am working through that list as well as still doing some custom orders. I am working toward just doing the patterns, mostly because I am getting older and am having some issues with using my hands so much.
